Our Story

The team at Bar Kroketa has singled out the croqueta – one of Spain’s most loved tapas – as our signature dish. Inspired by the lively bar culture of Northern Spain, we opened our first spot in a cosy, postage-stamp-sized corner of Soho.

Three years on and three locations later, we’re still keeping it casual, keeping it fun, and still serving fresh kroketas, cold cañas, and small plates you'll keep wanting more of to anyone who walks through the door.

Beak Street, Soho
Pop into our original Soho bar at 21 Beak Street and be instantly transported to the streets of Northern Spain. It’s fast, loud, and always a good time – perfect for a quick bite or staying late with a glass of vermut in hand.

St Christopher’s Place (since June 2024)
In 2024 we introduced a two‑floor oasis at St Christopher's Place just off Oxford Street. A place to enjoy eating al fresco and savouring tapas classics like patatas bravas, tortilla, and our signature kroketas, all complemented by seasonal small plates and a curated wine and cocktail list.

Broadgate Circle (opened May 15, 2025)
Our third and most ambitious location, at Broadgate Circle, brings Northern Spanish bar culture to the City, tucked behind Liverpool Street station. With spacious indoor seating and a terrace overlooking the square, it's the perfect after‑work spot. We also host bottomless brunch every Saturday—including unlimited kroketas, tapas, cocktails, and drinks.
